ERIC J. HALVERSON, SR.

(1918 - 2003)

 

Mr. Halverson was a life long resident of New Orleans, and the founder of E. J. Halverson & Associates, Inc.  He had a bachelor’s degree from Loyola University of the South.  He spent his life in the insurance claim business and worked as a past manager with Phoenix of London Group and the Steckler Insurance Companies before founding E. J. Halverson & Associates.  He was formerly a member of the New Orleans Claimsmen Association and past president of the New Orleans Claims Association.  Mr. Halverson served in the United States Air Force during World War II and retired as Lieutenant Colonel. 

 

THOMAS J. HALVERSON, SR.:

 

Thomas J. Halverson, Sr., a life long resident of Louisiana and a Vietnam veteran (U.S. Air Force).  He is the former Secretary of the Mariner’s Club of the Port of New Orleans, and offers over 45 years of experience in the fields of admiralty and general maritime claims, collision, towers liability, pollution, CGL, ship repairers legal liability, products liability, truckers liability and property damage claims.  Mr. Halverson is the primary liaison for the company and provides the daily hands on management and supervision for the company.  He also manages the more serious claims and conducts safety audits and evaluations.

 

 

JEANNIE H. BAKER:

 

Ms. Baker is the Office Manager and Secretary/Treasurer of the company.  She has 40 years experience in claims coordination  and oversees and closely manages all trust accounts/escrow accounts. 

 

In addition, Ms. Baker she is very active in Medical Adjustment Services, LLC, with particular emphasis on resolving medical disputes.
